Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.

Available options include:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2 business days)

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we will do our best to assist you if a package is lost in transit. Please contact us at hello@briarlune.com with your order number.
